Tanner + Oregon Winter = Wet Dog

Many greyhounds do not like to get wet. In fact, Tanner does not like to go outside to potty when it is raining (but I promised him I wouldn't tell anyone). Here is proof that Tanner does not melt when he gets wet. In fact, I think he kind of likes it!

What a beautiful tail Tanner has, sigh!

Yes, it sure looks like he doesn't mind getting wet as long as it's not by the rain:)

He definitely looks like he's enjoying himself! I like the little bit towards the end where it looks like he almost might roll in the puddle.

Reagan would love that!

Bunny would be right out there with him! She loves to be out in the water, as long as it isn't falling from the sky.

Yup, that looks like one happy dog! He almost looks and sounds like a horse galloping around like that... what a handsome guy.

Cute video! Yes, I thought for sure Tanner was going to roll in the water. When it rains, Becca decides she can "wait" until summer to go outside. Eventually she relents until she can't wait any more, spending as little time as possible to take care of "things" outside.

Ohhhhhhhh, yes....really! I LOVE the snorkeling!! And especially love the little glances he makes when he's in 'chase me' mode to make sure Shine is still in the game. Darby does the same thing!

I don't know what you are talking about Lisa. Shine is Tanner's personal trainer. He is looking back to listen for her instructions. You can clearly see where she is telling him he better kick it into high gear!

Hey Jen, are you saying Reagan would love the water or the sneaky Belgian Malinois? :)

Tanner thinks that Beryl looks beautiful without her tail. It just accentuates her lovely butt and allows her to accessorize!

I just happened across your website because I wanted to see what greyhound puppies looked like. I adopted a retired racer just over a year ago, and your AKC-line greys are just gorgeous. It's lovely to see the subtle differences between the two lines (e.g., AKC's with deeper chests and flatter muscles, smaller ears etc).
Your dogs are obviously so happy and sweet-tempered. Just wanted to say they're lovely.

Hi Mari D! Welcome to our blog and the world of greyhounds in general! We love greyhounds regardless of where they were born!

Part of our desire to blog about this litter (and their relatives) was to encourage all blog-reading greyhound owners to get out and do more with them! They are very intelligent dogs and easily trained.

Take care!
